Victae Cobaru is one of the more unusual residents of the Varisian city of Kaer Maga's Highside Stacks neighborhood. A vampire of some age and power, he keeps his undead status carefully hidden. He is the silent partner in countless mercantile endeavors, and has become quite wealthy over the many years of his unlife.[1]
