Originally a bearded devil named Molikandus, the Outcast King was imprisoned in the Asmodean Knot after betraying his master, Dargentu Vheed. Vheed's wrath was immense, and the bearded devil was transformed into a bestial, filthy, half-otyugh, half-devil creature that would serve as a guardian to Vheed's treasury. In the years since his transformation, the Outcast King has lost many of his infernal powers and has become quite insane, feeding on refuse and seeing his small cohort of lemures as a royal court.
