A moss pig looks very similar to other pigs from the forest, the only differences is the long strands of fungus and moss hanging from its sides and tusks [1] and a mottled, hairy coat.[2] These pigs live in the swamp, traveling in herds.[3] The moss and fungus on their sides and tusks come from rubbing on the swamp's trees.[1]
