The lost kingdom of Lirgen (pronounced LIHR-gehn)[1] lay in what is today known as the northern part of the Sodden Lands.[2] It was ruled by the Saoc Brethren, a group of astrological philosophers. Its capital was the city of Hyrantam. Another notable settlement was Oagon.[3]
The appearance of the Eye of Abendego drowned Lirgen, and the land of Yamasa to the south.[4] Afterwards, a rogue group of astologers from Lirgen took over the city of Jaha, in the Mwangi Expanse. [5]
