Kevin Carter was one of the final four contestants in the 2009 RPG Superstar contest from Paizo Publishing. Having previously written a number of adventures for Dungeon, he first contributed to the Pathfinder Chronicles campaign setting with a nation write-up for the Guide to the River Kingdoms within his first year of being a Superstar finalist.
