Katheer, capital city of Qadira, is known as Glorious Golden Katheer, and serves as the seat of power for Xerbystes II. The city possesses a canyon-like harbor and accommodates immense trading volume (both by sea and land) from within the Kelesh Empire as well as abroad. Katheer is also renowned for dozens of academies of mathematics, philosophy, and healing, making it one of the Inner Sea's centers of learning. One of the most unique and notable of these colleges is the Venicaan College of Medicaments and Chiurgery which has perfected advanced healing practices. Katheer contains the largest camel population in the western Kelesh empire.[1]
