Ruler of Diobel[]
The Hydra's Fang Incident lists Kelvys Ragewind as chancellor of Diobel, and describes the Kortos Consortium as being the governing body. The Campaign Setting on the other hand, lists Lord Avid of House Arnsen as ruling the city, though it makes no mention of the Consortium. The Guide to Absalom lists Lord Avid of House Arnsen as the teriarch, or ruler, of Diobel, appointed by Absalom's Grand Council; it briefly mentions the Kortos Consortium as a powerful merchant's guild that controls much of Diobel's trade, but makes no mention of Kelvys Ragewind or a chancellorship. Based on canon hierarchy, with a Tier 1 source agreeing with a more specific source against a Tier 3 source, I have listed the ruler of Diobel as Avid Arnsen. --Goblin Witchlord 22:06, September 12, 2009 (UTC)
